Unable to renew expired listings

Today I am unable tor renew expired listings.  When I click on the listing I get the red bar across the top of the page with the "uh-oh something went wrong, contact support".

Help me Etsy!

i just renewed two listings.

but i had to renew them.

one...at...a...time.

other-wise i would get the red bar of doom.

across the top.

I can't publish any drafts at all- big red bar...

Same here. Trying to relist items and I get the red bar. At least I know it's not just me that's having an issue.

Hope it gets fixed quickly.

ok I found a workaround- go into the listing as if you were going to edit it, but hit PUBLISH at the bottom and it works! @InVintageHeaven

That is how I am doing it, and it is still happening. This is a sold out listing that will not renew.

I am having the same problem. I can't renew either by going into the listing or hitting the renew button.

I can not manually renew listings that expire today or in a couple of days. Red banner across the top with uh oh.

Same here.  It's been a problem for weeks and they won't fix it.  Has to do with shipping profiles.  Every single one of my listings has update required and it will not let me change, fix, or update with a new one.  They better get off there a$$es and fix this soon.

I had several listings expire on the 10th and they did not renew until yesterday the 11th.

Oh yeah, and the new "streamlined" listing form works great! Excuse me, did I get my sarcasm on you? 

Still can't renew items while making pic and edit changes with the new form. Etsy's response? Use the old form! 

And now I can't renew expired listings...the "workarounds" noted above do not work for me despite working for others.

That's because they never get the bugs worked out before going live and eliminating the old for. Typical Etsy.
