Can't renew listings... or get customer support to respond

I got an error renewing listings. I was supposed to do a big store update with new stock tonight... I reached out to Etsy support and was told not to touch any of my listings while the tech team works on it. I reached out again to see if it was okay to just copy the listings but now support is straight up ghosting me (no response in the agent chat for 30+ minutes....). My customers are very confused and several have reached out to me on social media asking what's going on and when it will be resolved. Feeling frustrated and confused that I can't even get an agent to answer my question with a "yes" or "no" while I wait indefinitely for a tech support email.... Does anyone have any advice????

What error message did you receive?

It might be related to a current bug where the Quantity is being erased from sold out listings.
If you are trying to renew sold, open the listing in the default new form, switch to the old form from the link in the top blue banner, check or change the Quantity, then Renew.

Thank you for the suggestion to use the old form! This worked for me. Hope they fix this before they deactivate the old form.

I was trying to renew an item yesterday and got a small red banner with some 'uh oh' or something as well, not good!

Yeah I am trying to renew all my sold out best sellers and keep getting "Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support."

I'm having the same problem today. I did switch to the "old form" and it worked. Hope they figure this out before they disable the old form on June 25th.

Gee, what a surprise. So aren't my favorites and sales for the last 3 months. Ever since they started screwing with the site everything has dried up. You can never talk to anyone in NY anymore as they have farmed that feature out to people who have no idea what they are doing as well.

Same here ... trying to activate some deactivated listings from ... all I get is the big red uh oh banner.  Bummer dude!

I renewed and reactivated a bunch of listings today.  I did it from the Listings page using the gear.  If I needed to make changes, I did it after that was finished.  Maybe that will work for you?

That is what I have been doing as well.  Extra work for the sellers.

The frustrating issue is I sent the issue to Etsy Support with screenshots and all I got was a cut and paste response.  Why do I waste my time?

Why is Etsy Support so useless and why are they being paid to do a horrible job. 

You would think any issue regarding renewing / creating listings would get immediate attention from Etsy - NO SELLERS NO BUYERS.

Same issue here.  Sometimes, it let's me renew a listing before making any changes but this afternoon I just get error messages.  Can we get this fixed.

I was getting the same message, so I opened the listing as if to edit and was able to renew that way.
