As per title, I press the renew button for the 21 items to renew on my dashboard, and just get a turning circle that never makes any progress.
Any ideas?
This is happening to me too, starting this week.
I have to go into the listing manager, and on the right change the expiration date to-- expires soonest first. From there, click each box you want to renew and then click OK. This is the only way I can renew now.
No need to clear cache, change browsers or worry about your internet provider. Apparent;y this is an issue for just some of us only .My listings are up to date already as I recently had to change all my Canada shipping to international first class. I always keep my shipping settings up to date...etc. Don't know if it's a glitch for some of us or a new test to see how quickly we get frustrated.
Clear your cache. Try a different browser. Sound like an ISP or device issue.

Nope, still doesn't work. Strangely, I can do each item individually so that will have to do for now.
Same thing happened for me last week. Had to go into the listings page and renew them there.
It could be that you have an issue with only one listing but because you are trying to batch process it is hanging on all of them. Were you able to renew all of them by doing it individually or did you find one which needed something updating (like the date it was made)???
cant renew any of them,,,not working individually also cannot delete an item

I have reached out to etsy with this issue. No help. It is not a browser issue.
Same with our shop and this is the only work around I have found for renewing existing listings.

Hi, I'm having the same issue on my Pattern site. I know the listings don't expire but I need to update the listings to move them to the front of the listings so they are the what you see first on the website. Any idea how to get it to work on Pattern?
On Firefox I could renew and upload new listings.

Can't renew anything either.
Same here except I'm trying to publish a batch of draft listings. I tried to do them one by one but that's not working either. And there's no option under the Drafts page to "change the expiration date" to "expires soonest first".
I figured out that if I tap into each listing and hit "Publish" I was able to get them added to my shop under the Drafts page. Hope that might help somebody.

Am in the same boat with both shops can not renew from listing manager.
This was posted two weeks ago and it is still happening! Can't sell what you can't list. Has Etsy's only tech person gone on holiday?
