Unable to purchase domestic labels, no issue with international.

I am in Canada and it's been over two weeks now since I've been able to purchase Canadian labels. It just keeps telling me I purchase 0 labels, and 1 label failed. No issues with any other country. I was told to purchase elsewhere last week, but I would honestly prefer to buy my labels here on Etsy if possible.

Same here!! I have two orders to go out within the next few days, and I can't purchase labels. Gonna have to go into Canada post directly...

My daughter was having the exact same problem in her shop - she could not print an Etsy label for days to ship within Canada.  You could keep trying at different times during the day; although today, she finally gave up and managed to print a label through Canada Post's SnapShip.  It's easy, and is a good price if you have a Solutions for Small Business account.  Btw, you will need a credit card to pay if you choose to try SnapShip.

Just ran into the same problem. Wouldn't let me purchase a Canada Post expedited label here on Etsy, tried a handful of times with no luck.
It would let me purchase an Xpresspost label though. Cost $3 more for this order than the expedited would have.

This was happening to me too on and off for several days. I opened a chat request and although they didn't help me then, they said they'd escalate it. I never heard back but it seems to be fixed.

I actually JUST got it working. Two hours ago it wouldn't. I tried upgrading one to Express like others have said, and NOW my expedited is working. Not sure if buying an express label helped or if it was just super weird timing haha!
