Red Banner for an IP Infringement from YEARS ago suddenly reappearing!!

I just went back into my dashboard and suddenly the red banner from a listing that had already been deactivated over 2 years ago is suddenly appearing. Of course no email because this is a really old issue (I had a Polaroid Wedding Sign and didn't realize the use of the word was a no-no). Lesson learned and I deleted the listing, it no longer exists, it hasn't in years. Nothing shocks me here honestly but I hope this is not the reason my sales are super low today.

It may still exist elsewhere on the web but you'd think it would lead back to a This item is no longer available? And it IS Etsy so I would think glitch? I'd reach out via help.

Thank you! I did reach out and had a chat, it's a glitch and they told me to ignore it. I still wanted to let them know in case it was affecting my sales in any way. Could also be because of the holiday yesterday, everyone's back to work!

I had a message a month ago, from a customer that bought something in 2013, thanking me for refunding part of the postage cost! We were gone to Italy so I had my shop on vacation and she got the "I'll be back on the 1st of June message." Obviously a glitch.
