Unable to publish new listing

I haven't been able to list anything for 3 weeks now, in spite of trying the old listing method, using a different browser, and clearing cookies.  I've contacted etsy by phone and email multiple times but they haven't solved my problem.  I've been trying to find a way to file a complaint with somebody higher up, but don't see how to do that.

The same happens to me... and Etsy says they're going to investigate, but they never respond and they don't solve anything... they should put the old listing. That problem is not from now. Sellers have been reporting this problem for more than a year and they never do anything. They say to delete the cookies, browser, etc. and that doesn't solve anything.

I’m unable to publish items now.  Has this been resolved?

My problem was resolved when I discovered that I had to be in All listings, and not just a specific section when I initiated Add a Listing.

I also having problems listing.  When putting in Core details goes up to "read new rules" over and over even if i read the rule pages .  Trying to get in touch with Etsy is a nightmare.  Go to Contact us, hit with all examples of Questions which none are the problem.  This is so extremely frustrating. HELP!!!
