I use the "More actions", "Print orders" feature every day but today it no longer works. Thee PDF that is supposed to load does not load and the page it opens is just blank.
Anyone else having a similar issue?
Dave
Try a different browser. Or check your printer settings.
I have tried Chrome, Safari and two different computers. All the same result.
I guess I was asking to see whether anyone else had a similar issue. Maybe someone could check to see if it is ok for them?
Try resetting your modem
Sorry, what? Should I move closer to the wifi too?
Mine works. It may be a temporary glitch.
Here is a link to initiate chat or email if you need it.
Thanks for the response! That was what I needed.
There were issues earlier this morning with sellers printing labels for items going to Canada.
Hmmm... it's odd, because I can print labels fine. The PDF generates perfectly. It just seems to be orders.
OK, so I have discovered a clue. I tried doing one order at a time and it worked until I got to one of my orders. This order seems to be causing the issue. If I select all my other orders and print it is fine. But as soon as I select the bad order either on its own or with the others it breaks the PDF creation. Very odd.
Oh, and it is an order to Canada!
And it says "You must write “CA$3.40 Provincial Sales Tax Paid” on your package. This helps ensure that your buyer won’t be charged PST twice." on the order (which I have never seen before).
The note against the new text links to the following article.
"
Starting July 1, Etsy will be collecting GST/HST on eligible orders placed by shoppers in Canada. Etsy automatically includes the tax in the buyer’s total at the last stage of the checkout process. Etsy is then responsible for remitting it to the relevant tax authorities.
To ensure that buyers are seeing accurate tax information in your shop, our sales tax tool will also be retired on July 1st. "
@ReadyPlayerTwo Here is the link to that earlier thread. Perhaps you can ask the OP of that thread if they found a solution.
