Unable to login in for over 2 months. No response from Etsy support

I have been selling on Etsy since 2013 from my main store @LeBonheurDuJour . On 2 April, I was unable to login in and requested a password reset. No email reset link was received from Etsy for several hours. The next day I received the link (official from Etsy support) and proceeded to successfully change the password and login. My joy was short lived as I then discovered my account had now been temporarily suspended due to potential suspicious activity. This despite over 12 000 sales, 5 star rating and star seller status. I sell vintage and antique so no chance of copyright infringement or not declaring a production partner.

I was given a link to appeal the suspension and provided all infomation requested. Received a thank you email and advised to wait approximately 2 weeks for an answer. The 2 weeks came and went with no news and when I queried it with Etsy I received a response that the help request had been completed and the appeal was closed. I then checked my shop dashboard and was again provided with a new bright red link to file an appeal against this temporary suspension and once again I was told this would take up to 2 weeks. I then filed the new appeal and waited and waited...... and waited as everyone's advice is just to be patient.....:)

Needless to say, I soon ran out of patience and succeeded in finding a call back request link for customer support here in the forums. I received a pleasant surprise within 4 hours and had a lovely conversation with a charming support assistant who had access to my infomation and could see that I had now filed 2 appeals with no reponse from Etsy. She assured me that it was not normal to have one appeal closed with no response and she would advise the necessary team. Well that was towards the 20th of April. I'm still ,waiting.....

To make things even more interesting, I had a new surprise at the start of the month of May. As I usually did, I logged into my main store account to see if there was an update on the suspension appeal. However, I was again unable to log in. The error message kept on coming up that my access to Etsy had been denied due to potential suspicious login activity. A link was provided to contact Etsy support. This I did. I received a standard message acknowledging the request and I was provided a link to check the status of this new help request. However, as I mentioned, I am unable to login using this linkto check the requested status.....( and yes, I have cleared cache, changed browsers.....)

After replying to the email with "I still need help" for several weeks (because we are told to keep only one request open) I still find myself, the third week of June, locked out and unable to check the status of these help requests.

So, in conclusion, is there anyone from the Mods who can help? I am long passed the point of being angry or even really caring. I simply would like to close this chapter.
