I wanted to buy a product from eczi and it wouldn't accept both of my cards, even though I had purchased with them before, and I contacted a technical person to solve the problem... but he made me clear the cookies and cache on my computer, and I did, and from then on I can't even log in to the account I'm selling from! I can't understand why they keep sending me to email instead of doing the work to log in to my account!

@CroakingDesign: "... I can't even log into the account ..." In what way can you not log in? Is the log in page not coming up? Are you getting an error message? Is something else happening? What operating system and browser(s)? Your fellow sellers are happy to help but you need to provide some additional information.
Your shop is open. Do you know your password? Do you have 2-way set up for logging in? Try different browser?
It's not the store itself that's closed, but access to my account.
