Hello, does anyone have any experience not being able to log into their account? I cleared my cache on my desktop because it was slow, and as expected it logged me out but I could not log back In.
when I first opened my account I registered using my Apple ID so that is how I normally sign in. When I try to, it says it’s verified then goes back to the log in page to enter credentials like I didn’t just do so. I’ve tried resetting my password but it doesn’t even send me a link, as if my account doesn’t exist? It doesnt say anything about incorrect info or anything at all.
I’m still signed on through the app on my phone which is how I’m writing this now, but for some reason on my desktop it’s acting non existent. I’ve contacted support, but I don’t know how long they will take to respond. Does anyone have any input on this? I’m afraid I no longer have access and if I log out from my phone I would not be able to get back in on here either. Thanks in advance!
