Unable to load shop member photo

I have been unable to load a shop member photo. I have tried changing the size of the file and it still won't load. Every time I try it just sits there and spins. I am using Chrome browser. Can this be fixed?

Try resetting your modem.

Or resetting your computer. You can also try a different browser to see if that helps

Yes, and that's what Etsy support chat tells us to do. I'll send them a complaint email about it tomorrow!

Nope, still will not working. I contacted support via chat about an hour ago, provided a screenshot and a summary of the issue. The agent said he would relay the issue to the right department...
