Unable to load item!! Help

Hi! I am trying to load a vintage item from 2000s. It is not happening and saying unable to load item but still charging me? What is wrong? Please help

I’m having the same problem with everything I try to post, whether it’s an antique necklace or a new OOAK painting. I can’t post anything and I don’t know why and Etsy doesn’t respond to my messages.

I have been trying to post an item last two months from mobile app is keep telling me unable to load change the shipping shipping has a problem And keep giving me error messages saying unable to load last two months I have been trying day and night and I couldn’t even do one listing but I have been charged for $.20 per listing
