Unable to load images

I haven't been able to upload images to a listing for about four hours.  And I just tried to upload a new shop logo and it said I couldn't save changes. Any insight?

EDIT - Have tried on both Safari and Chrome. Was able to upload an image once or twice, but more often than not I receive a red banner saying: Hm, we’re having trouble uploading those files. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support

Reboot.  Refresh. Clean out cache for a new cookie.  Use a different browser.  It does sound like your computer.  ISP working well?  Is your building brick or have spots of interference?  Weather conditions?  These can all impact. 

Make sure your photos are the right size.

I never have the answer to tech issues. Only issues here. But here's the firs time I have an answer. After you click on the window that prompts you to upload a pic or a video, a window appears showing your files on your computer. At the bottom of this window, there's a button that says "SHOW OPTIONS". Click that. "format:" comes up. Choose ALL FILES.
