I can't put a review on an order. I received this order on MAY 26, and it is still listed on Etsy's website as "in transit". Does this kind of "problem" happen often? This is annoying for sellers who need to have favorable opinions to establish their reputation!

I have had the same issue. Are you using the app or a desktop? If you are using a desktop, just go to your purchases and it will let you leave a review from there. For some reason when I would click on the reviews section, it would come up white and just spin. Hope this helps!

You have to wait to leave a review until the estimated delivery date.
It will say on the purchase the date you can leave a review.

Yes, I realize you have to wait until the estimated delivery date. All dates have past and I am still unable to leave reviews. This is for items in both of my shops. My shops have been active for a number of years and I have the same problem in both.
I have been able to leave reviews for a recent purchase but not for a couple of previous ones. I keep getting the prompt to review these items but am unable to do so.
FRUSTRATING. A glitch that I would like addressed but cannot seem to get it fixed.

It was notified "estimated delivery date between May 24 and 26". And I received a message from Etsy to leave a review.But when I open the page ,it is "white" and impossible to write anything. I 'll wait. The first order I got , it was easier to access the articles and put the stars ,with an appreciation. Thank you for your answer.

I am having the same problem. Strangely it is not for all items. I have advised the shops that I want to leave reviews and am unable to do so.
A mystery that I would like resolved.

This is a known issue that appears to still be unresolved as the Etsy post still says Resolving (not resolved).

Thank you Bella, I use a computer, and I tried the 2 ways you suggested - without success - when I contacted Etsy help = they asked me for a screenshot (to see a blank page! ) and nothing, no solution except to wait. Anyway ,I see that I am not alone in this case.

Sorry it didn't work. It looks like an Etsy glitch. A lot of people are having the same problem. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Same is happening to me. That's so frustating. I'm a new seller and that would be my first written rewiew. 3 weeks have passed and Etsy still hasn't fix this issue.

I have the same problem. Etsy keeps saying to review my purchase. And nothing shows up. The item is from Canada and before it was delivered I checked the tracking and it said delivery will not be confirmed. So it still says in transit. I was told I could review after the 22nd of June even though it came much earlier. But I can't. I did contact the seller and told him I loved the product but couldn't review it and the reason why. He said thanks for contacting him and that I liked it was the most important thing. So you might contact the seller just so they know you were happy with your purchase.

I am having the same problem. I am receiving prompts to review purchases but am unable to do so. I have contacted the sellers to let them know I liked their products. This has been going on for a few weeks and I am frustrated that it has not been fixed.

I recently found out a customer loved their purchase and has been trying to post a review twice in the last several weeks so I emailed Etsy Support and got this reply:
“We're still looking into why some buyers have been unable to leave a review for a recent order.
Our engineers are currently investigating what's causing this to happen and are working to have this corrected as soon as possible.”
The review window for this purchase closes in less than a week. With others mentioning this issue going back to May I don’t know if it will be fixed in time

Apparently this is still an issue. A buyer contacted me today saying they cannot leave a review. Bummed because I have a newer shop need those reviews!

I received two items weeks ago but it still shows in transit and I can't leave any reviews. Sellers were notified.

Same here. Just had a buyer email me to say he has been trying to leave a review for two orders that were delivered weeks ago but it just keeps saying they are 'in transit' so he is unable to leave any feedback. I don't know how many other buyers have had the same problem but just haven't let me know which is incredibly frustrating when we rely on good feedback to increase our credibility as sellers!

I posted an order weeks ago to a customer and they received it 2 days later and I made sure it was a signed for delivery so I hoped this would’ve ensured everything was in place. This customers order also still says in transit too which as you say is very frustrating for not only for the buyer but the seller too as it looks like something has gone wrong. I hope this soon gets rectified.
