Unable to issue a refund due to shop manager ghost image

Hi folks - apologies if this has been covered, but I cannot find a string.  Is anyone else getting an issue that when they go to refund, they are getting a ghost image of the shop manager menu covering the review button (so I minimise the shop manager to move it to the side, but a line still remains, which means you can't hit the review button).  I opened a live chat and they told me to try opening another window, which doesn't work.  Has anyone else had this issue, and had any success in sorting it out please - as it holding up refunding postage overages.  Many thanks in advance - Annette

I get weird stuff like that sometimes when I need to delete my cookies.

Clear your cache, use a different browser if that doesn't work.

@TheRecycledHeartLady: Looking at some of the other threads in this forum there seem to be issues with how Etsy is managing the responsive mode of the site (bad CSS ?) - if a <CTRL><F5> does not help sometimes changing the zoom level of your browser tab may help restore things.
