Unable to generate Scan Form

This is the second time in a row this has happened. When I went to create a scan form after ordering labels to ship out orders, I'd click the create scan form button the popup that you get after ordering the labels, and nothing happens. I'll see the mouse cursor spin for a split second, then nothing. The shipping date is the next day, so that's not it. If I go to completed orders and try to make a scan form that way, the same thing happens when clicking the button.

Do you have any type of popup blocker?

I thought you had to print them on the day?  I think on PShip you can push the date out a day but not sure about Etsy?  I have  found if something here doesn't work, try another browser or device.

Help says:

It is only possible to print a SCAN form for shipping labels that have both a purchase date and ship date of today. It is not possible to print SCAN forms for labels purchased on different days.

I paused the blocker, no change. I was always able to get a scan form the day before the ship date. If it were more than 1 day out the create scan form button wouldn't even show. I think something is broken, because the button lights up like it's supposed to work.

This is happening any time you include a Global Shipping Program label. If you remove those the form will generate. You can generate a separate form which just the Global Shipping labels on it. Totally annoying and been going on for months. Especially annoying since they kind of make you use the Global Shipping program.
