Can't receive my deposit (since 4 weeks)

Hi everyone

I am a seller based in France, and I have been selling on Etsy since 2023 without problems. However, since last month, Etsy has been holding my earnings with no clear resolution.

The problem :

• I updated my bank account details multiple times, and each time, Etsy successfully verified them.
• I am a customer of QONTO, it worked for months on Etsy... I sell my products on a website with shopify and they are still able to send my weekly deposit on this same bank account. This is a proof that the problem is from ETSY
• However, whenever Etsy tries to deposit my funds, the transfer fails, and the money is returned to my Etsy balance.
• My bank has confirmed multiple times that the issue is not on their end, and I have been receiving payments from other platforms without any problems.
• I’ve contacted Etsy support numerous times, but they say they will come back but no real solution.
• This is severely impacting my business and it drives me crazy

Every time you update your bank account Etsy puts a 5 day hold on your deposit.

Thank you for that but none of these "solutions" are helping me at all...
