Unable to download order data for my bookkeeping

I've gone to download my order data for my taxes for January and February to give to my accountant and it says it will email me with a link. I haven't an email or a download on my computer. Its usually instant.

@empoweredcrystals The Orders CSV is , for some unknown reason, now coming from Payments.Team@mail.etsy.com and the "link" to the download in the body of the email starts with Download Now <https://storage.googleapis.com/etsy-shop-data-download-prod/user/155115804/EtsySoldOrders2025-2.csv?...

followed by 12 lines of "stuff"

These emails are being sent straight to Junk by my security settings.

I have to manually move the email from Junk to Inbok. The "Link" turns into an orange Radio Button "Download Now" and clicking on this opens the Excel Spreadsheet.
