Unable to download CSV order files

Hi all! For some days I have tried to download my order CSV files. Normally the download starts immediately, but now it says they will generate the files for me and send me an email, which never happens.

I found a thread like this of 2 weeks ago and it should have been fixed, but I still do not receive any emails from Etsy and I have tried it several times now, on different days.

Has anybody the same issue, or does anyone know the solution? I need to do my bookkeeping. Thank you!

I'm having CSV problems too... the downloads are coming via Email and are illegible after opening compressed file

I've just tried downloading my data and it is not working for me either! I need to submit my VAT this week so I hope it sorts itself out soon!!

Some sellers have had luck using chat & requesting that chat send them the files manually. So if you aren't getting the email (& it isn't going into your junk mail), maybe try chat for now.

Thanks for your answer, How do you get chat ? not sure im allowed it as I am a European seller ( unfair as I pay the same amount of fees )

@VintageDecorFrancais My chat icon shows up on my Order page in the bottom right hand corner. There is a small word bubble icon to click. But you can also get chat options by wading through the Help Center Contact page... just click through options until you see an option for Chat, or you could also try emailing Etsy there but that may take longer. 

You are a Star Seller, so you should have access to Chat, but I'm not sure if there is a difference based on location or not.

Yes, I had to go through chat (which took ages to find!) and they could help me. I think my emails were bouncing so it stopped sending to me. Helpful!
