Hello,
I have been locked out of Etsy Live Chat since April. I was having a technical issue sent a screen shot of the problem and the live chat just stopped working. Have tried multiple times and dates to see if it would work.
Also, messages I send to customers bounce back to me in my in box. Anyone else have that problem?

Hi there, if you can find it, request a call back from Etsy Support and let them know your chat is stuck - they can get it unstuck. If you can't find the call back, send the same issue via email to Etsy Support, they can fix. This happened to me recently and it was because a previous issue had been escalated, and the support person said that until that is resolved, the chat is frozen - I had never heard that before - either way, they got my chat going again.
Regarding the other issue with messages, yes, that has happened to a lot of people, including me. One of forum moderators said she was sending it to someone to fix.
What phone number am I suppose to call??
@Brace360design I'm not aware of any direct phone number for sellers to call - there used to be a feature where you could request a callback but it's greyed out when I looked just now.
You can try these steps to see if the request a callback is an option for you:
From seller dashboard: Help > Etsy Help Center > Selling with Etsy > (scroll down) Contact Etsy Support > Selling on Etsy > Finances and Billing > Payment Options > I still need help > Email or Callback
If that doesn't work, you will have to use the email option.
