@LaFeeEnTissu Where are you having problems? Are you able to change to the older listing format? I have found issues with the newer listing page, and try to use the old one, while we still can. It could just be a temporary glitch.

I'm using the old format. When I want to publish the listing, I have a red banner with the message "Could not find a mail class with that key in the provided shipping carrier"
With the new version, I get this message: "Can't save your changes. Try again; if the problem persists, contact the Etsy support team."
That definitely sounds like an issue in the shipping section - one of the problems with the new form. Are you using shipping profiles? Are you copying an older listing? I almost always copy an old listing, since I sell the same type of items. Are you able to save as a draft, until you figure it out?
I can't save the draft.
What do you call "shipping profiles"?

How did you resolve this? It JUST popped up for me and I can't find any way to actually fix the issue with shipping.
