Unable to change product descriptions and shop title

Hi. I'm not able to make changes to the product descriptions of my listings or change my shop title sentence. I'm able to type in the changes and save them, but the updates are not appearing on the main shop page. Can you please help. Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Actually I'm using the browser. That where the problem is. I should have made that clear in my post.

The app is convenient and preferred by many, please fix as it is costing people to not list. It’s also frustrating to have done the work only to suddenly find nothing stuck.
