A customer ordered from me and everything also went smoothly, the item arrived and everything was as expected. However, he also wanted to rate me and when he looks under purchases then it says "You have not yet bought anything from easy and he can not rate me or the item. Is something like this known? @QuipprintDE can you tell if they checked out as a Guest? Is the profile they messaged you from the same account they purchased from? You can tell if the message is in the "help / contact" format that shows from Buyers after they purchase.
Otherwise, tell them the time to review may not be open for them yet, and Etsy puts a a red dot to remind them to leave feedback on their profile.
