Unable to add items to cart

I was testing out my shop and it seems when I hit “add to cart”, I get an error telling me it is unable to add the item to my cart. It won’t tell me why… 

Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance!!

We can't add to the cart in our own shops.

You can't buy from your own shop. You can look at your shop, but you can't test anything to prevent fraud and shilling.

If you got this message from a buyer and they then want your email to "complete the sale" it is a scam.

Thanks but thats not the case. We both kept trying options and quantities and nothing worked. I had to send a link for payment to make the purchase go through
