Unable to access Etsy with my IP

I can’t access to Etsy to on my PC but I can access with VPN. Also, I can’t access Etsy on my phone with the same Wifi but I can access again with mobile data. 

I have no problem with other websites. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

When trying to access Etsy are you getting the "harmful content" warning?

You may need to update your internet security & viruses, run a scan on your devices and instal the latest internet security updates. Restart your devices and try accessing the Etsy domain.

It showed “Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be reached” in my phone. On Chrome in PC it showed “The site can’t be reached”.

Suddenly everything is fixed for unknown reason and I did nothing.

It happened with me too. Safari and etsy and other apps stopped working. It’s fine with wifi but didn’t work on mobile data. Now after few hours it’s all working. Strange
