Unable to access Etsy page

I created my 28th listing today.  The 20 cents was deducted from my account, but the listing isn't in my store nor is there any other evidence of it ever existing.  I attempted to contact Etsy regarding this utilizing the "contact Etsy support" button which simply reloads the entire Etsy help center page--it leads to nowhere!  I've tried different browsers, same outcome.  How can I get ahold of Etsy to fix my listing issue?

@LastStandLeather  - You have 28 listings in your shop.

It is not unusual to have some lag time between your posting & you being able to see the results. At times you may need to sign out & then come back in, or you can go incognito with another browser other than your usual one, to check your shop.

I understand a delay, I've dealt with them before.  While my store has 28 listings, it SHOULD have 29.  I created two listings this morning.  The first was created but then I couldn't (and still can't) find it anywhere, even though I was charged.  The second one I created right after that one and it immediately posted and I still see that one.  I've logged in and logged out and no change.  Still can't access the Etsy help page.

It often takes a minute or two for the new listing to appear on the public side of your shop, however the listing should be visible in your Shop Manager (under Active items) immediately.

Yeah, it's been about 8 hours and it's nowhere to be found, not in active, not draft, nada.  The only hint of its creation is the listing fee.

Check your listings.  If you see 29 there then it may be a delay which can be a few hours.

IF you see no listing in the listing area for this one, then contact Etsy.  Chat in this case might be helpful but they are not always available.  You may need to email.

I don't see 29, I see only 28.  And it's been about 8 hours.  On top of that, I can't seem to get to the "contact Etsy" screen.  I thought it was a browser issue, but no.  Is there an alternate way to get ahold of them?

Your browser caches a webpage for a certain space of time. I don't know what Etsy has set, but it can be 90 seconds up to several minutes to save load on their servers and to serve pages faster. If you hold down your Control + Shift key at the same time while you click the Refresh button, that will force the browser to load a new page. Or you can log out and log back in and by the time you do that it will likely refresh and set a new cookie.

Sometimes for no apparent reason, a new product will show up under the All tab, but it won't be in its Section sometimes for around five minutes.

I need to contact Etsy on this, but am NOT able to.  I cannot get off the Etsy Help Center page.  When I hit the "Contact Etsy Support" button at the bottom of the help page, it simply refreshes the help page.  Not sure what's up.  Is there an alternate method to reach them?

@LastStandLeather   When you are at the bottom of the Help Page, do you look up to make sure it is filtered to "For Selling"?  Reason I ask, I always have to change the filter when I'm looking up info.

Also, you could try to contact them another way.  Via Shop Dashboard > Left Column, Community & Help > Contact Us.  
Choose Email; should you receive a Response which does not help, Reply directly to that Response, "I still need help" (don't start a new Ticket; it will put you back farther in line).

Thank you---I do select "for selling", makes no difference.  I start via the "contact us" on left column.  That takes me to the Etsy Help Center.  Once there, I all the way down to the orange area that says "Didn't find what you needed?  Try these."  I hit the "Contact Etsy Support" button right there.  That just refreshes the Etsy Help Center page, it goes no where, no windows pop up or anything.  I've found that stuff like this is usually due to a browser issue or a pop-up blocker, but neither seems to be the case here.

@LastStandLeather   How frustrating; sorry about that.  I really think there should be a much easier way to contact Etsy without jumping through hoops.  I've not contacted them, but from seeing others' posts, it shouldn't be so hard.

ok so you can see they have charged you for the listing but have they deactivated it themselves for some reason and refunded you the listing cost?

Ok, what's REALLY interesting now is that when I try the mobile app to contact Etsy support, I get the EXACT same issue!  I access the Etsy Help Center and for some reason, I need to hit "sign in" in upper right corner.  Weird, because I'm already signed in.  But I sign in again via that button and it simply refreshes the Etsy Help Center page and it still shows me not signed in!

that is odd, have you just tried signing in from your mobile but just using the mobile website rather than the App, i hear there is always issues with the App, thats why i never use it.

Daisy, I see the 20 cent charge, but no refund.  On the charge, it has the listing number....Listing #1428629283

that is strange, well at least you have the listing number to hand, i hope you get in contact with them soon and they can sort it out for you, it might just end up being something simple hopefully.

@LastStandLeather   I see where you said in Listings, you have only 28 (not 29 as should be).  It's weird that listing is in limbo somewhere.  Rather that be in Sold Out or Inactive (it should be in Active but it's not).

Under "Recent Activity" in my Finances page, it shows my listing charge for 20 cents.  It even show a thumbnail of the item and the listing number Listing #1428629283

Right.  And I have no way of contacting Etsy to fix it.
