Unable to Upload Video from Laptop

I'm unable to upload videos from my laptop using Windows 11.  I tried using Chrome and Edge but they don't complete the upload process.  However, I'm able to upload from my iPhone.  I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong on my laptop.  I use the laptop to post Etsy items.

You can create the listings from your laptop, then edit the listings from your phone app to add in the vids.  That's what I do.
