Hi All!
I have the tat explore in my Etsy seller app, however when I click any video it says not available outside of the US. I’ve posted a few videos on explore and they all have 0 views.. is it because I’m in the U.K.? Bit odd they would release it in the app for the U.K. if it doesn’t actually work in the U.K…

I think it's still in testing.
The article on how to do it, states: "the Explore feature is only available for sellers who are English speaking and are in the US using the Etsy Seller App on iOS. Additionally, your shop must be in good standing with Etsy."
But is doesn't stipulate country on the seller app article page.
So perhaps its' built into the seller app, and anyone can technically use it, but only some can see them.
or it's glitchy like everything else.
Hi - I'm in the UK as well, so not getting many views for Explore videos either. They weren't available in the UK at first, when the new seller app was launched. It all seems to be building up in stages. Now the Explore feature is available to UK sellers, but not yet to buyers. I'm only posting videos about once a month for now. Hoping that UK buyers will soon be able to see them and I can start to use that feature more regularly, but not going to overdo it until I'm likely to get more traffic.
Hi- where is it in the app? I cannot see it in my two Etsy shops and I am in the UK!
Thanks, Thais
