I've been unable to upload a video to my shop profile. The process meter goes to about 10%, then starts over, eventually yielding a "Failed to Upload, Try Again" error message.
The video is only about 80 MB, well within the 300 MB limit. It uploads easily to YouTube and other sites, so my Internet connection or the quality of the MP4 doesn't seem to be the problem.
Searching online, it seems that a lot of Etsy sellers have been encountering this issue but the only suggestions I have found are to clear the cache, try a different browser or a different device, all of which I have tried.
Etsy support doesn't seem to have a solution.
If anyone has a solution for this, that would be most appreciated.
