Unable to Start Etsy Ads - "Looks like something went wrong"

Hello Etsy Community,

I recently opened my Etsy shop and waited the required 15 days to start using Etsy Ads. However, when I finally attempted to activate my ads, I encountered a red message saying, "Looks like something went wrong. Refresh the page and try again."

I have tried multiple browsers, different computers, and even installed a fresh Etsy app on my phone, all to no avail. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Right after I posted this message the problem fixed itself. Ads are working now!

I am having this same issue now.. did you have to do anything to fix it? Or is it just because the shop is just past the 15 day mark?

No, I didn't do anything. The ads didn't work right away, even when the shop was past the 15-day mark. It took me some more time to get it working, maybe another 24 hours.

Hello, Etsy Adds has not been working for a week now. The following error appears: "Your store must be active to start an Etsy Ads campaign It looks like your store is down or in vacation mode right now. You will be able to advertise again as soon as it is back active." I have logged in from different devices and browsers and the problem is not solved. The technical service does not know how to solve it
