Today I printed a packing slip from my computer, then went to my phone after packaging my item and the label did not print from my phone through the Etsy App as it normally would. Neither would it "reprint" from the App.
So, naturally I went to my computer to print the label and I am getting an "Uh Oh - A Glitch Has Gone Awry. Please try again later." message.
At this point, I am UNABLE TO PRINT THE LABEL FOR MY ORDER.
HEEEEELLLLPPPPP!
Thanks for your comments!
I did figure out that even though I could not print the label from either the app nor from within the order page, I was able to print the label by:
1) Went to my Completed Orders page.
2) Clicked on the box to the left of the order I was having trouble with to select it.
3) Went to the top of the Completed Orders page and clicked on the box that said "Print Shipping Labels" (appears to the right of where it shows the darkened box with the number of orders selected, which in this case was 1.
4) On the pop-up screen, I selected my label printer; but you can also select 1 or 2 labels per page.
5) Then, I clicked on the black "Print" button on the bottom of the pop-up.
6) At this point, the label I needed to reprint appeared on the screen and I was able to print it with my regular printer dialogue box.
I hope this information helps if anyone runs into this problem again!
Having the same issue, not able to print label on Mobile app or Computer!
Me too, since it is not just me, I will wait until later to print the label.
Working for me now on mobile app
