Unable to Pin anything

I have been unable to Pin anything for months now.  I've tried to contact Etsy numerous time and nothing.  Finally got through and it's been a couple weeks and still nothing.  I found Pinterest to be helpful to my shop and without help to resolve this I'm stuck.  When I try to Pin it goes to Pinterest then switches to Etsy.com.  Anybody else having problems like this?

Mine stops at the step 2, nothing goes further.

Anyone having trouble pinning or posting to social media via the listing share icon ...

can always manually share by copy/pasting the Etsy listing URL and inserting it into a new post directly on the SM website ...

works every time!
