Unable to Edit Review

Hello, friends.

I have a customer that was overjoyed with their items and intended to leave a 5 star review. However, they mis-clicked and accidentally left a 1 star review with their positive written feedback. The customer wants to change the review but the edit review button is not available. I did not respond to the review and the 100 day grace period has not yet lapsed since the purchase was completed a couple weeks ago. I looked under my purchased items and noticed that I am not able to edit a review for any of my purchases within the 100 day window and without a review reply from the shop. Has Etsy done away with the ability to edit reviews?

I just went to my "purchases and reviews" - under my review is "edit review". I did not try it because I don't want to edit. Maybe the option is only available on a browser and not the app.

This could very well be it - there are several options I've found work only through the desktop. 

Irony at it's best, really, since Etsy has said most buyers shop via the app....ahem.

Also, I personally despise the new seller app.   I don't know why they discontinued the old one, it worked so well!

Here is an article from Help (for Buyers). It says you can edit a Review any number of times within the 100 day window.
