Un soucis avec mes commandes

Bonjour,  depuis quelque temps chaque fois qu'une personne passe une commande,  Etsy lui demande mon adresse mail pour le paiement .Mais je ne reçois pas le mail, et la commande échoué pourquoi. Cela fait 4 commandes que je rate.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

You haven't missed orders.  Buyers never need your email address to complete an order.  Those are scammers and thieves who want to take the conversation off Etsy, send you fake Etsy emails, and steal your login information, bank and credit card information, and your money.  

Sorry, the thieves target new shops and sellers especially hard, because they assume you are naive.
