I'm having the same problem. I've only deleted the cache so far and still having the same issue. I hesitated to delete the data because I wasn't sure all of what it would delete, i.e., history of conversations, activity, orders, etc. If I delete data to fix the problem, does it also delete all this too.
It doesn't delete any of your history, orders, etc on Etsy, just the cache and that you are logged in, etc. When you want to open the app after clearing the data, it asks you to log in.
I cleared my 'sell on Etsy app data myself yesterday, and others I know have, whom I passed this info on to via Twitter, as they had the same issue, they all have a working app again.

I have not been able to get on my selling app for Etsy all day. It says Uhoh, there was a problem Still is a problem. No one seems to know how to get help.
