Now it's saying that it can't complete the order after I added the tracking, I refreshed and tried again and it's saying that tracking has already been used, but I now can't see the order anywhere, not in the completed orders and not on my orders page.
ETA went completely out and came back in, the tracking is showing on the order, but the order is still in my New Orders section. Ok, at least we've gotten that far, gotta go!
Same here Etsy app is completely down. Only just gone down in last 5 minutes as was doing accounts. Page for app complete blue blank. Oh no . Desk top very slow to load . I wondered why so quite. Fingers crossed back soon.
Could be they're installing that dreaded new thing, or parts of it, and as we all know they just love to do those installs on a Friday afternoon because it gives sellers all weekend to yell about it in the forum, and no one in the Etsy offices to hear them.
