Hi guys!
I recently did a first sale, and as usual you then get bombarded with any issues that need to be solved for your shop to continue/come out of holiday mode etc.
I was told to verify ID (passport) so the shop can be reopened, I submitted yesterday and was promptly today accepted (the green verified tag as you will see in the screenshot below). That was the only thing that was asking of me to do so the shop can reopen and resume business, but once you go back to the dashboard etc. it's STILL asking the exact same verify message. Has this problem been posted elsewhere/had a response on how to fix ASAP please? thank you!
(screenshots below to show it glitched asking to verify when already verified - when clicking verify anyway, it just scrolls down to the exact same passport section that I already verified)
