I have a customer trying to make a purchase on my site. They fill out the order and click "add to cart" and they get "Uh Oh A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later."
I see this happened a few weeks back but not seeing any reports for today.
I assume this is an Etsy problem but how can I alert them to the issue. Their reporting path seems to be non-existent or deeply hidden.

The buyer should contact Etsy support not you
