USPS SCAN FORM NOT WORKING PROPERLY??

I have 90 packages that are being shipped today with a ship date of today and it says only 40 are eligible for USPS scan form. They are all USPS and have a ship date of today. I've never experienced this issue before. Has anyone else had this problem today or had this experience?

there might be a limit for number of packages per scan form.

I've shipped over 100 on many days and had no issues.

I can't create scan forms either. So frustrating. It's not the quantity as I don't ship nearly that many packages and it still doesn't work. Whether ten or twenty or some point in between, it lets me select the labels and press the button to create the form but then it says none of the items qualify for a scan form. It has been acting weird for months now but this is the worst and just started a few days ago. I feel for my postal carrier as I can't provide a form to make her life easier. Hey Etsy, please fix it!

Update: I went to the purchased labels page. I saw that on the very right there is a printer icon on each row under the heading "SCAN FORM." If you click the first one, the scan form pops up! It's a very convoluted way of getting a scan form but I hope this makes sense and helps.

we are having the same problem! we cannot create a scan form ETSY FIX THIS! PLEASE! We have created scan form for ten years - and now????

Me too! The woman at my post office hates me already! I'll get venom if I don't bring a scan form!

@DawnCandleWorx @CrankyCakesShop @SassyMonogramAndMore   Scan sheets now can only be created the day you have on the packages.  You cannot create a scan sheet earlier.

So if you package 90 packages over the weekend with May 5 for taking to the post office, the scan sheet has to be printed on May 5, not before.  Etsy changed this some time back.

Unfortunately that’s not the problem for me. It will not create a scan form for the labels I purchased and shipped today.

I am aware that the scan form cannot be printed until the ship date. I finally figured out the problem. You are now only allowed up to 50 packages on a scan form. If you have more than 50 packages, you will have to do a 2nd scan form. This is a new change.

That isn't the problem. I printed the labels the same day they are shipping and the scan form will not generate.

I had scan issues with these changes as well. The scan form would never appear and then it would say all orders were completed. My work around was waiting a minute or two for things to update and then finding the form to print within one of the postage label details.

I’m currently experiencing the same issue. The scan form feature was working without any problems, but as of last week, I’ve been unable to generate one. This has created a challenge for my mail carrier, who now has to scan each package individually. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this as soon as possible!
