USPS Request a pickup is not working, Etsy Help is not working, can not contact Etsy Help? HELP

I can not use the USPS request a pickup - I get a request to contact Etsy support, the page that opens states that there are problems on Etsy and there is no way to contact Etsy.  Can you help me, I am elderly and rely on the USPS request a pickup feature to get my items to my customers.  thanks

The only way to contact etsy is to open a help request, which could take days or weeks to get a response

can't you request a pickup outside of etsy? from the USPS website

I always use the website, but it wasn't working last night either.

in that case. it's a USPS problem, not an etsy problem, you need to contact USPS

Same here, it must have been a problem with the USPS website.

USPS pick up request site was down over the weekend. I couldn’t get it to work either.

This has been an off and on problem for many years.

It's unlikely you'll get it resolved by contacting etsy. They'll just tell you they'll "let the engineers know" and that will probably be all that is done.  

Try scheduling it at usps.com.
