Is anyone else having a problem completing the USPS PickUp request? I've been using this feature flawlessly since covid for next-day pick up of orders.
Today I got a very strange message... "Executing query outside of transaction while another transaction is active."
I only have one order I'm shipping, and no others pending. I have no idea why it says this. I will have to go to the Post Office in person tomorrow, which is a ways away.
Just go to the USPS website and you can request a pickup from there.
Yes, there have been other similar reports in the last couple days. Request it on the USPS website.

Same problem here. I'm going to request from USPS website. I wonder if it is problem with Etsy or USPS.
I would venture a guess that it is likely an on Etsy's side
Since Etsy and the post office are sometimes not synced in other services like tracking, I've always used the USPS site directly to schedule. Just my choice.

yeah, had the same - used pirate ship to schedule the pick up. it worked fine on pirate ship.

I only use the USPS website to schedule a pick up. You will get a confirmation number from them as proof that it was scheduled.
