Hi folks, new to this space....
Last night my calculated shipping option was gone. After a few chats with support, I was given this message: "In this case, you can purchase labels from outside ETSY and update the details accordingly in the order. You're right that you're not subject to Tariffs. However, Etsy has recently stopped the labels purchasing option for all orders that are being sent to US even if it's within US."
I have searched forums, Reddit, etc and can't find anyone else talking about this. I feel like if all US seller shipping to the US could no longer purchase Etsy shipping labels I'd be hearing about it? Can anyone assist?

Sounds like you got a chat agent that has no idea what they are talking about, unfortunately (it seems to happen a lot)
I am not sure why you are unable to print a label for calculated shipping. I have pending orders to ship and the option to create an Etsy shipping label is there, but I also do not use calculated shipping.
You can make a free account at Pirate Ship, many of us here use them for shipping labels when Etsy's aren't working properly. If you use them, just remember to copy and paste the tracking number when marking the order as "complete" on Etsy

What are you seeing or experiencing that says you con't have calculated shipping? Do you have a calculated shipping profile?
How is your calculated shipping set up? Maybe you are just missing something?
Chat has little knowledge of some things. Depends on who you get.
Hi there, when I click to add a new shipping profile, I get "Ship from country, zip code, and processing time". No option to use calculated shipping.
Did you go to "Settings" then "Shipping Settings" then click "Create Profile"? If you did you should get a popup that looks like the image in the link below. You select calculated shipping on the first item.

This morning, I’m in the US and I shipped to US using calculated shipping.
I didn't think the rep was correct and I told them so. Sigh. Thank you.
You don't even HAVE to make a shipping profile to ship calculated. Just add the details in the listing's shipping section. Click Create option+ in the shipping area of the listing you are making and calculated should pop up as the top option. Add your details, no profile needed. Make sure you didn't accidently click digital item and unclick free shipping..
Unfortunately even by doing it this way I get the same form as I do for the shipping profile. It appears to be a glitch on Etsy's end.
I had this happen a few years ago, it turned out that Etsy did not have my location on their end. I asked Etsy to check to see if my location was named , not blank, in their system. I actually used chat, but since then chat is not reliably staffed with people who know anything.

Could you remove and re-add your location and see what happens? Also if you haven't, clear your cache and cookies, restart your computer and try another browser and see if it works. If you are on the APP, use another device.
I tried all you suggested - thank you! Removed and re-added my shop location. Cleared the last 4 weeks of browser history and restarted the laptop, switched to a different browser. It's all the same and happens on the mobile app as well. Unfortunately another chat told me the same misinformation about how all labels have been suspended even for US stores shipping to the US. I asked for the supervisor and was told I would be emailed but it's been crickets.
Are you aware of any faster way to get ahold of anyone who can help?
Do you know where I would do this? Chat told me to go to Info and Appearance but there was no place to put a location.
On your shop FP up top hover over your icon click the arrow and your account then down to account settings..it is on the first/main page of that.
