Help please!

Our store has been in vacation mode for weeks, already causing us to miss black friday. We're being asked to upload a photo for verification, BUT the "Legal Name" is stuck as our Business name (not my personal name), and thus verification keeps failing when I upload my id. I've tried changing everything to my personal name, and the legal name renames. 

Please help!
