I think that shop was Suspended by mistake, I am Star Seller, I did NOT receive refunds from Etsy

Hello ! 

Sorry, that I am writing from another my shop, I will glad to receive good advices. I have been on Etsy since 2013y. I am writing from Previous shop my “EllaKripakaJewelry” with many 5 stars reviews (  it is on vacation). I live in Riga, Latvia, the European Union.

I  think that my 2nd shop was Suspended by Mistake, name: UniqueFineGold24k.  This shop was registered in 2021y with my Business account. Star Seller is from December 2021.  Also, I received Star Seller with 100% Stats in October and in November.   

Suddenly, On 30, September, I received email that my account and shop was Permanently Suspended due to “high amount Chargebacks ” !! I am very very truthful seller!

ETSY DID NOT SEND CHARGEBACKS WITH FILES in 2024y.  I DID NOT receive answers on 3 Appeals from human specialists of Etsy Support Trust and Safety, I received only Automatic Reply. Then I sent emails in appeals with a few Screenshots to Etsy Support Trust and Safety. I did not receive answers yet.

 I believe that ETSY received ERROR ABOUT PAYMENTS in my shop! I believe that Etsy Artificial Intellect registered ERRORS about payments in my shop!  I DID NOT receive CHARGEBACKS/ REFUNDS /ISSUES IN FILES from Etsy during the Suspension of my Business Account from 30, September.  

 I always BELIEVE in exact information of Etsy records about Payments of Orders which can be “PAID” or “NOT PAID, CANCELLED”.  

I haven’t violated Etsy’s policies or had any account issues. 

Now in my shop are:

0 OPEN ORDERS, all orders were delivered via DHL Express, Full Insurance and Tracking Numbers. Other orders were NOT PAID, CANCELED.  

0 CASES with refunds/ issuers/chargebacks are in 2024 year.

In my shop are ONLY ETSY PAYMENTS with EUR currency inside the shop, I DO NOT use other payment methods.

I NEVER VIOLATE ETSY POLICIES AND ETSY TERMS.

I am very good seller with 100% HANDMADE (by my hands) hammered gold jewelry!

I ALWAYS create CUSTOM/ Made-to-Orders Hammered 24k 9999 gold jewelry with my own Art forging & many hammers & hot flame: it is Art from Ancient Empires. I do not use electrical tools. I create (by my hands) 100% Handmade Hammered UNIQUE 24k 9999 and 22k gold jewelry with my OWN Designs.

I made ALL pictures by ME with Photoshop with MY NAME on photo pictures “Ella Kripaka”.I believe that Etsy received ERROR ABOUT PAYMENTS in my shop’s orders! I like to create beautiful custom gold jewelry which is hammered by my hands for buyers on Etsy.

I always RESPECT ETSY POLICIES.  I will be very appreciate for all advices from sellers !

Excuse me Etsy sellers, if my English is not so cool as in the USA. I am from Latvia, it is small country from the EU... And I am very disappointed. It seems that everything is correct in my shop, in stats and in orders...

Your English is great and makes total sense. Far better than my Latvian would ever be. I'm sorry this has happened and I hope you are able to get help from Etsy support to get this sorted out.

Go to shop manager, Click on help, click on contact us, click on my account is suspended, on this page there is a black button at the end of the questions that says "file an appeal"

Try that.  Include that you have not had any charge backs.

Thank you for your advices! It is pity that I hurried with appeal, I wrote very long 1st appeal, because I was very upset... I  did not know how to write good appeals.  Then I wrote 2nd appeal with screenshots... I always follow all the rules of Etsy. I make much work with much time to get Star Seller every month. My buyers often wrote 5 star reviews . In October I also got 5 star review in 1 order...

I have been on Etsy since 2013, I like creating artistic hammered unique gold jewelry with many hammers! I really like the Etsy seller program: Etsy made the best program for Handmade!! Etsy program is cool and very useful for me as an artist jewelry maker with handmade gold jewelry. And I like my Star Seller with 100% stats. Now my shop has NULL Cases in stats of chargebacks refunds from Etsy in 2024. Etsy did not send me chargebacks in whole 2024y.
All orders were successfully delivered to buyers via airmail DHL Express, I have no open orders ... I think Star Seller every month is the best record of my work ... Maybe Etsy Support got some technical error in September about payment with "chargebacks" in my shop ?
I am very good specialist in my handmade art forging of gold and silver ...I am very much appreciate each advice from sellers.
I think that US sellers have much more experience in communication with Etsy Support... The biggest social media sites are made in the USA. Probably, I will need to communicate with Etsy via social media too... if it can be good normal action for sellers!

I am the artist and I am very emotional! I was SO disappointed and SO frustrated about the suspension of my shop UniqueFineGold24k. I am still waiting answer for my appeal from Etsy Support ...
And only 100% statistics in Star Seller with NO chargebacks from Etsy during 2024y give me hope ... For over 10 years I created 100% handmade hammered custom gold jewelry with all my heart and creativity, I created my own beautiful designs with my pictures, and my buyers liked their wonderful hammered gold jewelry: buyers wrote 5 star reviews 97 times from 165 orders... I am the artist and I am very emotional! I was SO disappointed and SO frustrated about the suspension of my 2nd shop UniqueFineGold24k with business account. I am still waiting for the answer to my appeal from Etsy Support in October and this part of November.  And only 100% statistics in Star Seller with NO chargebacks from Etsy during 2024y give me hope ... @EllaKripakaJewelry   It appears you had two shops selling the same type of item? You opened the 2nd shop without getting the first one helped with?  Sadly Etsy would see that as circumventing policies.

Have you checked to see if your photos were stolen?  This is one of the usual reasons for removal of listings.  You would have needed to have your photos, your IP, removed from those sites and let Etsy know that these sites stole your photos.

It is possible that the buyers who purchased may have filed chargebacks  for whatever reason including finding photos of the item elsewhere with different pricing.  Etsy does not communicate with sellers when chargebacks are done. Unless there is a compelling reason to fight the chargeback Etsy usually accepts them.

If you have an email from Etsy, reply back to that email that you would like an update on your case.

 Thank you for your reply! I Did NOT duplicate my listings on Etsy. I knew about Etsy Policies for shops and listings! Shop "EllaKripakaJewelry" was opened in 2013y. I did NOT sell in this shop from 2021, March, it was Spring. I put this shop on Vacation because I wanted to give customers the opportunity to read previous reviews!
The 2nd shop" UniqueFineGold24k" was opened in 2021, August, it was Summer. I opened this 2nd shop on Etsy with my Business account (instead of my Individual account in the 1st shop). In my country, there were new laws in 2021 year, and many individual businesses needed to become small firms as a form of business by 2023y. So I registered my new firm in the EU, Latvia. 

I added my listings in the 2nd shop only according to Etsy Policies. Of course, I DELETED all listings in my 1st shop! I received Star Seller in December 2021y! Star Seller is in November, it was in October too.

I Always make ALL designs with pictures by Myself via Photoshop. I always add my Name on pictures “Ella Kripaka”. My pictures are in Pinterest in my account. And now: in shop" UniqueFineGold24k" ALL orders are closed with "Delivery". All my buyers did NOT want chargebacks in the 2024 year, because they were very satisfied with their custom (Made-To-Order) hammered gold jewelry... I also make all creative works by myself, such as handmade jewelry making with my beautiful art forging

I hope to receive the positive answer with the restoration of my shop because MY SHOP DID NOT HAVE CHARGEBACKS in whole 2024y. I am STAR SELLER in whole 2024 year & in November! Suddenly on 30 September, I got email from Etsy: my shop "UniqueFineGold24k" had “high amount of Chargebacks” & shop was Permanently Suspended!   BUT ETSY DID NOT SEND CHARGEBACKS/ REFUNDS in the whole 2024 year, and in November too!   All orders in my shop were Delivered, & I do NOT have open orders! Unfortunately there is nothing we sellers can offer to help you further.  We gave what we thought might be the reasons. 

Have you used an email to contact Etsy to ask for an update?  Your shop is suspended so I assume you sent in an appeal.  If Etsy is not responding it could be they are not accepting your appeal.  If you have an email reply back that you still need help and would like an update on the appeal.

I understand you are frustrated and angry at this but really we cannot offer more than we have.  You make claims we cannot substantiate because we cannot see the inner workings of your shop. We can only go by what we see.

Have you tried closing down the first one completely?  It may factor into the reason Etsy closed your 2nd one.

All orders were DELIVERED. I received 5-star review in October too! I Do Not have open orders in my shop now.

In my country were new laws for businesses and I registered my firm in Latvia, so I opened on Etsy BUSINESS account and shop “UniqueFineGold24k” in 2021y. I have been STAR SELLER every month from December 2021y.

I always create by Myself (by my hands): All handmade jewelry-making with my own Art forging (with hammers) and All designs with All pictures in All listings.

ALL my buyers DID NOT want Refunds/Chargebacks in ALL 2024 year! My buyers were very glad and happy and satisfied with their Unique Custom (Made-to-Order) Hammered gold jewelry!
