URGENT: Lack of Response for 21 DAYS and Ongoing Delay in Shop Setup; It has been 2 Months Now....

I've noticed that my case has been reviewed multiple times by Etsy support without a response. Each time they do this, the timer restarts and I have to wait even longer, hoping for a response. At this point it has now been 21 days and I still haven't received a response. It honestly feels like my issue is being ignored rather than addressed.

I've attempted all suggested troubleshooting steps:

Attempts to Resolve: Cleared browser cache, tried multiple devices, tried multiple browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox), confirmed formatting compliance of both my business name and EIN, contacted the IRS to confirm my EIN IS in their system, and confirmed my business registration information formatting compliance and is correct (i.e. Entity Name, Legal Address, EIN, Business Identification Number compliant with my state, and all Identifying details of the Primary Point of Contact for my Business).

Problem: Unable to enter information into the Legal Shop Information section (EIN, Business Registration Number, Jurisdiction, and Date of Birth).

This ongoing delay has been deeply frustrating. I have attempted all suggestions. I've missed a majority of the holiday rush at this point and seem no closer to starting this business than I did 2 months ago. Honestly, I'm at the point where I'm not sure if I even should start my business with Etsy. 

Does anyone have a relevant individual from Etsy that I could contact to help me with this?

Are you in the US? Can you set your shop up using your social security number instead of an EIN?

Good question! I apologize for not clarifying. I am in the US and I do have my SSN under the "Yes" within the "Are you a Disregarded Entity?" section.

@Former_Member I just googled to see what a "disregarded entity" is. The first search results had 3 things, all of which apply to me. But it's for Wisconsin. So then I added California (where I live) to the search query and apparently California only considers a single-member LLC to be a disregarded entity, which doesn't apply to me! So be sure you actually are a disregarded entity in the state where you live.  

Have you sent Etsy repeated messages trying to get help? Each new message seems to cancel out the previous one, so you may never get to the top of the queue ... where you need to be to get a response!

Does every single thing match between your bank account and your Etsy account. Name, address, etc. including abbreviations and or initials? You'd think AI could look at the name, house number, and zip code (and maybe a few other things) and figure out that you're the same person regardless of whether you spell out "Street" or abbreviate it in your address (street/avenue/court/etc.). Or use "Apt." or "#" to designate an appartment number. But it doesn't seem to work that way.
