Hi! Need help on this recurring issue please.
I only use UPS and USPS. I manually searched for these when updating the shipping carrier. But somehow, this is still being saved as FedEx and is affecting my Star Seller badge.
What am I doing wrong? Does Etsy have some kind of glitch that I do not know of? How can I avoid so this won't occur again in the future?

I recently reached out to Etsy's customer service team.
The solution they offered is to select on "Add package" then input the tracking number again and select the correct courier.
If there will be an error saying that "tracking number has already been used" you can select "Other" under courier and just manually type in the courier name - for my example it should show as "Other" - "UPS" - Then the same tracking number.
It worked and correct percentage for my "On track shipping" has been updated within 24 hours.

I sometimes have the same problem. Also, listing states ‚pre-transit‘ although the item has long been delivered. Very confusing and causes quite a bit of stress…
I may add that I send from Germany and there is no Fed Ex here!

Even worse, if you use fedex, they tack on additional fees later. Their fedex charges are incorrect on the etsy site so you end up overpaying
