So I had 13 orders that I DID include tracking for, but it was registering as NOT including tracking. I was informed there was a sync issue between Etsy and USPS and the orders were stuck in Pre-Transit even though they had already been delivered.
Etsy support was able to correct this issue and show the orders as delivered. But this still cost me my star seller status for February and dropped my shipping score from 100% to 83% which is really unfortunate.
I'm hoping Etsy will do the right thing and restore my score and Star Seller status, as it does take a lot of work to keep up with the requirements.
