Search has gone wonky 2/7/23 8:40 pm EST

I'm trying to do a search and all the thumbnail images, listing titles, prices, etc. disappear a second after the page loads. The only thing I see is a page filled with Add to Cart buttons and More Like This--->. 

I'm on a Windows 10 laptop using Chrome.

I see everything "normally" (as normal as things get for Etsy search....) in Firefox right now.

Have you tried restarting the machine?

Yes, that's the first thing I tried.

When mine gets weird...it is time for me to delete the history/cookies.

I did that and restarted. 

I guess that's my cue to find something else to do besides spend my Etsy gift card!

I've done some troubleshooting on my end:

1. Cleared cache/cookies and restarted my laptop.

2. Reset Chrome through my browser settings.

I've determined these things:

1. I can use search on Etsy in a Chrome incognito window whether I'm signed in or not.

2. I can use search on Etsy in Edge whether I'm signed in or not.

3. I cannot use search on Etsy in a regular Chrome browser window whether I'm signed in or not.

4. I can use search on the Etsy buyer app.

5. I'm only having issues on Etsy.

It all points to a glitch between Chrome and Etsy. I'm not putting anymore energy into this since apparently it's just happening to me. I'm flexible enough to find a workaround.

I can't leave this alone. LOL Tonight I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome and search is still screwed up. I got into an Etsy chat (first time ever!) and it was forwarded to another agent who asked for my screenshot. That agent determined it is indeed a technical issue and they supposedly forwarded it to tech support. Now I have to wait, probably forever, for an email. I predict my search will be broken until I retire my shop.

Final update. I just figured out it was AdBlock Plus that caused the problem.

I also never heard back from Etsy. Shocker.
