We wanted to share some updates on the Technical Issues forum:
We’re shifting to the name “Technical Issues” instead of “Bugs and Technical Issues.”
Forums Admin Support
In the past, the Technical Issues section of the forum was used as a supplementary support channel in addition to our email support. Over the past year, Etsy Support has made some major improvements to how we support our members.
You can now reach Etsy Support via our Help Center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With this shift to a more accessible Support strategy, we will be taking a step back from the 1:1 admin support in the Technical Issues section of the forums. While we won’t be posting as much as we had in the past, please know that our Technical Issues moderator is online Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST to keep an eye out for emerging, high impact issues, and to alert the community to sitewide errors or major bugs.
How to get assistance
Post in Technical Issues: Thisis a great way to get a second set of eyes on your issue from other sellers. Throughout the Etsy Community, there are hundreds of sellers who have years of experience and often step in to offer their guidance.
