Regarding the ongoing issue of delivered orders still in Pre-Transit mode (and negatively affecting our shipping stats): I have two orders that delivered weeks ago stuck in Pre-Transit and had an online Chat with an Etsy agent at the time. He was super helpful, apologetic; said it was an ongoing issue (as we’ve seen here in Forum) and opened a ticket for me. He said the engineering team would be in touch soon to fix the issue.
It’s been two weeks since that chat with no info back yet from Etsy, so I reached out again today. The agent today said I will get an update on my two orders via email and stated that the response for this is longer than usual as they are receiving a large number of requests on the same issue. At this time, she could not give a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved, but she said they are prioritizing it as it “impacts their marketplace.”
I’m not sure if this helps anyone, but thought I’d pass the info along on the “update.”
